Mr. Anil Gupta

The Real Power behind the Power
Mr. Anil Gupta is a recognized and an accomplished expert in the Indian cable and wire Industry. He has been a firm believer in technology since the very beginning. His customer centric approach blended with a futuristic vision has always ensured the production of Cable & Wire products of the highest quality.
The brain behind some of the path-breaking innovations in the industry, he is undoubtedly the inspiration as well as the guiding force behind KEI’s vision to become the undisputed leader in its category and build-up a strong corporate identity.He became a part of the KEI group in 1979 as a partner in the erstwhile Krishna Electrical Industries. He soon rose to become its Chairman cum Managing Director.
He had a dream of taking the company to newer heights. With almost 40 years of experience at the helm of KEI Group of Companies, he has always been successful in executing company policies and encouraging his team to deliver nothing but the best.
As a dynamic leader, he has initiated various marketing, production, quality control and product development policies. His hard work and pioneering ideas have played a major role in the company’s success. His contribution to the company is exceptional and unsurpassed.
She is the director of KEI Industries Limited and has been Pivotal in the transformation of Stainless steel wires division at KEI Industries Limited. Under her able management, the stainless steel wires vertical has grown rapidly and has become one of the most trusted name in stainless steel wires in India. Mrs Gupta is the Protagonist in Planning, Organising and optimizing resources for this division of KEI industries limited, in its expansion plans and in defining the functional ambit and footprint of KEI Group.
Mr. Akshit Diviaj Gupta is a young and dynamic professional with a strong entrepreneurial background. He has got personality with diversified business interests with BBA degree in Management and Honorary Graduate Fellowship.
He is B.Com (Hons.) and Chartered Accountant. He has about 27 years experience in Finance Department. He is heading the Finance & Accounts Department of KEI INDUSTRIES LIMITED and designated as Executive Director (Finance) & CFO.
Mr. Sadhu Ram Bansal is MA in English and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (AIIBF).
He has a rich experience in finance, banking and administrative functional capacities. He has held various important positions during the course of his career and has expertise in credit and project appraisal across all segments, including retail, agriculture, SME, large Corporate and Infrastructure finance.
During his tenure, with the respective Banks and departments led by him have won many prestigious awards like “The SKOCH award for Financial Inclusion’’, “Best Bankers’’ award under “Agriculture Lending-Large” by The Sunday Standard and “The MSME National Award by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises for excellent performance in PMEGP in North Zone. He has also received accolades as speaker at various seminars and conferences organized by FICCI, CII, Management Institutes like IIM-A and International conferences in Singapore and Dubai.
Mrs. Shalini Gupta is MBA (Finance and Systems) from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE).
Mrs. Shalini Gupta is a Business and Technology professional with over 20 years of experience.
She has held a variety of Senior roles in strategy and technology with emphasis on planning, long range road mapping, budgeting, pre-sales and sales operations, project execution and account management
She has a experience in rolling out and program managing large, complex transformational projects and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. She has a Multicultural experience, having lived and worked in US and India.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Yaduvanshi has rich & varied exposure of over 35 years of working in bank branches & Controlling Offices in India & United Kingdom (UK) besides leadership positions in Jalandhar (Punjab) and Delhi & NCR. Based on his performance, Dr. Yaduvanshi was deputed to United Kingdom (UK) by Punjab National Bank to manage two branches of PNB International Ltd., at Birmingham & Southall. In 2017, he was appointed as Executive Director at Dena Bank by Government of India & was transferred to Punjab National Bank in 2019. Dr Yaduvanshi has wide exposure in areas like Credit, International Banking, Finance, Human Relations, Marketing, Management of NPAs, Audit etc.
Dr. Yaduvanshi has done B.Sc & M.Sc from Hansraj College, Delhi University. Later he completed Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He is also certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. In addition, he has done various courses in banking from premier institutes in India & Abroad.
Mr. Vinay Mittal is B.com (Honours) and Qualified Chartered Accountant. He has work experience in the field of Banking and Finance in banks/companies like ANZ Grindlays Bank, Max India Ltd., EXL Services Ltd and HT Media Ltd at senior management level. In 2016, he started investing in start-up companies and mentoring their management. He has rich & varied exposure in banking, corporate finance, treasury, accounting, audit, taxation and administration across diverse industries like banking, IT, outsourcing and print media.
Mr. Vinay Mittal has done his schooling from St. Columba’s High School. Later he completed his B.com (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. Mr. Mittal qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 1986 and completed his articleship for Chartered Accountancy from PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC).

Mr. Manoj Kakkar is the Executive Director- Sales & Marketing of KEI Industries Limited. He has held this position since December 1990. He is someone who has witnessed KEI build into an empire from brick to brick. A B.Com honors from Delhi University and holding various diplomas in Marketing & Business Management, Mr. Manoj is an extreme enthusiast in business development and expert in relationship building. Under his leadership, KEI’s exports, institutional, and distribution business has flourished and scaled new heights. His philosophy is that leadership is a privilege that carries with it the responsibility to inspire others, and to direct them to attain the vision and goals of the organization. This firm belief has always helped him empower people and develop future organization leaders.
Mr. Lalit Sharma is Chief Operating Office of KEI and began his journey in the year 2007. Under the umbrella of COO-ship, he has worked on machines, understood how the plant functions and the activities undertaken, brought in collaborations that could share technical know-hows, product and material developments, and set-up backward integrations wherever necessary.
He has witnessed KEI grow from a INR 900 Crore Company to a INR 3500 Crore Company over the years. He says, ‘It is a magnificent experience to see the company turn into a EPC Contractor from being a manufacturing Company, which was a long-standing dream of our CMD, Mr. Anil Gupta’.
With the huge opportunity available in the market due to the intense infrastructural development, he believes there is huge potential for KEI to become one of leading Indian Multinational EPC Contractor for Electrification Systems. A organization such as KEI whose roots are built on empowerment, trust and confidence can be seen to emerge as a conglomerate in the future years through backward and forward integrations, working on associated and related materials in the Energy and Power Sector, especially with renewables becoming the new alternative source that people are looking out to.
Mr. Pawan is heading the Tendering & Business Development Cell of KEI in EPC Segment for Transmission and Distribution Business, International Business & Railway Business. He comes with a strong academic background; B. Tech – Mechanical from NIT Bhopal & M. Tech from IIT Roorkee – Industrial Metallurgy. He has more than 24 Years’ of experience in Business Development, Tendering, Project Management and Implementation for Supply as well as Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Domain for Electrical & Mechanical Discipline based Projects in Domestic and International Market. With his strong determination and commitment, he is confident to develop EPC Business for KEI in existing field as well as in new areas of interest. His driving force is the constant yearn to learn attitude that has made him into a truly versatile in different areas of work.
